Mastermind Designs provides oversight and direction of construction development, interior designs, purchasing and installation of all Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment for the resort, hotel, commercial and residential markets.
We are proud of our ability to work with different teams to ensure that all furniture, fixtures, equipment and installations are properly blended with their surroundings and custom tailored for their planned use at each location.
Resort /Commercial /Residential Design
Design is our core competence — we know how to compliment and accent the architectural design, while at the same time meet the function and budget requirements for your project. Design is so much more than just the look a space. It's how a room flows, how the color and style of the furniture harmonize with each other, and with the brand itself.
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Purchasing
We believe the sourcing of FF&E should always aim to achieve the highest possible quality at the most cost-effective price. Our long-lasting relationships with trusted manufacturers and suppliers from all over the world put us in a strong position to deliver this balance.
Construction and Installation Management
We have been in the resort construction industry for over twenty-five years and have worked on a wide range of projects, located all over the world. This experience in construction and installation brings an incredible level of expertise, in addition to having access to wide-ranging professional resources.
Full service
We can manage the entire FF&E purchasing process for every area of your resort, including guest rooms and corridors, lobbies, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, pool and patio areas, laundries, administrative offices, business centers, fitness centers, back-of-house, administrative areas, and interior signage.
Project management
Our Project Managers coordinate every detail, from the onset of pricing, to CAD drawings and finish approvals through QC management and logistics. Owners and developers then have the necessary tools and information needed to get a project underway, including budget development, financing, and leasing options.
Quality
We work with acclaimed designers, an elite group of manufacturers, and experienced project managers to create custom programs that balance business objectives with cost-effective, executable operational plans.
